    Andrea is currently completing her Master’s in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from McGill University. She is bilingual in French and English and has experience working with adults navigating a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relational difficulties, and suicidal ideation. Andrea is committed to providing personalized care, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), integrative approaches, and trauma-informed interventions to meet each client’s unique needs. She strives to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. Andrea is currently practicing under the supervision of Dr. Hugo Gagnon, psychologist.

Anne-Sophie is passionate about supporting adults in navigating life transitions, stress, burnout, depression, and more. She offers a welcoming space for all, working collaboratively with clients to explore their experiences and develop practical strategies for change. Her approach integrates evidence-based therapies with genuine curiosity and respect for each client’s unique journey. Anne-Sophie offers psychotherapy under the supervision of Dr. Melissa Simard, Ph.D., Psychologist.

    Diljeet K Jandu, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) is completing her Master’s in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. Specializing in CBT and mindfulness, she provides a safe and supportive space for clients to navigate challenges and enhance their well-being. Passionate about mental health and community wellness, Diljeet leads support groups and organizes local wellness initiatives. She is a student member of the Canadian Counselling & Psychotherapy Association and is working under the supervision of Deane Taylor, RSW, Master of Social Work.

    With her B.A. in psychology from McGill and her M.Ed. in counseling psychology from the University of Ottawa, Emery is an OCCOQ-certified guidance counselor and holds her psychotherapy license with the OPQ. Emery is bilingual, affirming of the LGBTQIA+ community, experienced in working with people of diverse ages, and committed to creating a safe, supportive and accepting space. She offers a wide range of counseling services and is passionate about providing compassionate care and working with clients to help them achieve their goals. She has worked with adolescents and adults in both clinical and educational settings
