Tianshu Li

Tianshu is a licensed guidance counsellor and psychotherapist. She earned her master’s degree in counselling psychology at the University of Ottawa. With a strong background in working with adults from diverse ethnic backgrounds and the LGBTQ+ community, Tianshu offers counselling and psychotherapy services in both English and Mandarin. She is experienced in addressing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, identity exploration, interpersonal relationships, trauma, addiction, academic difficulties and work-related issues. Tianshu integrates multiple therapeutic approaches into her practice, including cognitive behavioural therapy, person-centred therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, as well as systemic and somatic approaches. She draws on these methods to meet clients where they are and collaboratively support them in navigating life’s challenges.

Nathalie Prieto
M.Sc., Mental Performance Coach
As a Mental Performance Consultant (MPC), Nathalie’s mission is to help individuals achieve their goals while enjoying the process and enhancing their overall well-being. She creates an open and safe space through which her clients develop and reinforce mental skills that are useful both on and off the field. Nathalie has worked with a wide range of performance domains including athletes, coaches, teams, Esports and business leaders. Her experience as a personal trainer, speaker and athlete make of her a consultant with a wide variety of skills to adapt to the client’s unique experience and needs. Nathalie holds a Master’s degree in Human Kinetics concentration in Intervention and Consultation from the University of Ottawa.
Myriam F. Pierre-Louis
B.Sc., Master of Clinical Mental Health Counselling Candidate
Myriam is pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Concordia Irvine University and interning under the supervision of Sean Scanlan, M.A., Psychologist. As a registered nurse clinician, she has learned the importance of providing empathy, compassion, honesty, and positive regard to foster a safe environment for healing and change. The theoretical framework guiding her practice is cognitive-behavioral therapy, and she is interested in accompanying individuals in their healing journey, especially in managing interpersonal relationships, anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. She offers life coaching services.

Leyma Mir, coach & counsellor, obtained her bachelor’s in psychology at McGill University and her master’s degree in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. Leyma seeks to understand her clients’ internal experience and frame of reference through a collaborative and supportive approach. She aims to accompany her clients through their path of healing and self-realization by providing a warm, empathic and safe space.
Leily Rojas-Ferreira

Leily is pursuing a Master’s of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and is completing a practicum under the supervision of psychologist Sean Scanlan. With experience working in social services, Leily’s therapeutic approach is centered around respect, empathy, and working collaboratively with clients to guide and help them attain desired goals. Leily is fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese, and hopes to support a variety of clients through the toughest of circumstances and instill hope for a brighter future.

Kate uses a holistic wellness and trauma-informed approach in her practice to treat anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, motivation and relationship conflicts. She aims to help you to heal and live life fully. During your time together, she will use a mix of cognitive-behavioural and dialectical techniques, ACT, Narrative, and somatic interventions to help you challenge unhelpful habits, heal from harmful experiences and achieve wellness.

Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychological Science and Education from the Catholic University of Louvain (Belgium), Adam is currently completing his Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology under the supervision of Sean Scanlan. Adam adopts a cognitive-behavioral approach, focusing on principles of respect, compassion, and active listening. In this final phase of his master’s program, his goal is to provide personalized support to individuals facing a variety of psychological challenges, both intra- and interpersonal.
