She is bilingual in French and English and has experience working with adults navigating a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relational difficulties, and suicidal ideation. Andrea is committed to providing personalized care, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), integrative approaches, and trauma-informed interventions to meet each client’s unique needs. She strives to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. Andrea is currently practicing under the supervision of Dr. Hugo Gagnon, psychologist.

    With her B.A. in psychology from McGill and her M.Ed. in counseling psychology from the University of Ottawa, Emery is an OCCOQ-certified guidance counselor and holds her psychotherapy license with the OPQ. Emery is bilingual, affirming of the LGBTQIA+ community, experienced in working with people of diverse ages, and committed to creating a safe, supportive and accepting space. She offers a wide range of counseling services and is passionate about providing compassionate care and working with clients to help them achieve their goals. She has worked with adolescents and adults in both clinical and educational settings
