Become an Inspiring Leader

“Average leaders raise the bar for themselves; good leaders raise the bar for others; great leaders inspire others to raise their own bar.” - Orrin Woodward

Description

This training is for leaders who are looking for tools to promote employee engagement and enthusiasm. They will discover what employees find important and learn to build on their values and interests during times of change. This training also covers ways to communicate with employees and overcome resistance.

Leaders know it’s better to give employees the power to excel rather than tell them what to do. Learn to work with your employees so they feel motivated and appreciated. This will allow employees to become their own source of motivation and inspire others along the way.
