Studies have shown that virtual therapy is as effective as face to face sessions. Additionally, the time and cost associated with commuting will no longer be an issue. All of our psychologists are members of the Order of Psychologists of Quebec and use cognitive behaviour therapy. Our therapists are all supervised interns, trained to offer quality psychotherapy services using scientifically validated therapeutic approaches.
